Visiting a lifeguard-patrolled beach could save your life!

Last year RNLI lifeguards helped over 10,000 people and saved the lives of 62 people in the south west of England. It only takes seconds for people to get into difficulty – our lifeguards are trained to act before a situation becomes life threatening and to advise the public on sea conditions before they even enter the water.

Beachlife membership is aimed at everyone who uses the beach – swimmers, sunbathers, dog walkers, and windsurfers alike! As a Beachlife member you will be kept up-to-date with essential sea and beach safety advice and receive the Lifeboat magazine where you can read about the lifesaving work of RNLI lifeguards.

Beachlife membership is a way of supporting RNLI lifeguards regularly. A donation of just £3 a month or £36 a year will help provide much needed training and equipment to help with their vital work.
