About this beach
The beach is mainly of fine pebbles with shingle and sand near to the water's edge. West beach is a cove, which has been formed between the west pier of the harbour and a protective rock groyne. Cafes/restaurants, shops, toilets (inc disabled), camp site, caravan park, and slip way.
